From devising an idea, scripting, choosing voice talent, directing, producing, mixing through to mastering, Graham has created hundreds of successful campaigns for local commercial, BBC and network stations.
Graham’s work as a Sound Designer has always gone hand-in-hand with his role as a broadcaster. His production skills have given his on-air work a unique sound. Graham has never gone for the 'obvious' when producing material and he always looks for ideas beyond the 'first-thought' process.
Graham has earned a reputation of providing consistantly high standards in the field of audio design.
Audio company Fresh Air Production approached Graham to help with trails for BBC Radios 1, 2, 4 and Five Live (examples in Audio Demos).
Graham’s contribution to network trail making has led to nominations in the prestigious SONY Radio Awards and a place on the shortlist of the New York Promotions and Marketing Awards for the work he did on the 6 Music “Musical Roots” campaign.
In addition to his current on-air commitments at the BBC, Graham has acted as Station Sound Producer for BBC Wiltshire, creating and producing trails and promotional campaigns for both services (examples in Audio Demos).
