producer
As a producer Graham has generated and developed many successful ideas for broadcast both in commercial radio and at the BBC.
In commercial radio Graham produced documentaries such as: life aboard a British patrol submarine, the final days of a terminally ill cancer patient and a two-hour programme about the Reading Festival, which was narrated by Deep Purple's front man Ian Gillan (nominated for a SONY Radio Award).
At the BBC Graham has also devised, produced and presented special
projects: -
Kitted out for the flight
• Ghost Watch programme broadcast overnight, live for four hours,
from various locations around a haunted village.
• A sophisticated three-location outside broadcast from some of
Wiltshire’s UFO hotspots.
• A special feature on the 30th Anniversary of the formation of the
RAF Red Arrows for broadcast in a live programme from the
Royal International Air Tattoo at RAF Fairford. This gave Graham
a unique opportunity to actually fly with a team member in one
of their Hawk jets (Right).
• Crop Circle competition which required listeners to grow their own miniature crop circles, have the
winning design made full-size in a farmer's field and then to fly over it in a helicopter to view it from the air
(Below).
